David Blanke is a trial lawyer who has represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and technology litigation for more than thirty years. He has served as lead trial counsel in a wide range of cases in state and federal courts, including matters involving antitrust, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, tortious interference with contract and prospective business relations, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, environmental protection, state and federal permitting requirements, and public finance.
Mr. Blanke is Board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was a partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP from 1992 to 2013.
